Description

ORA-07445 [qecgoc2] error reported instead of ORA-00979 error.
  
 
Rediscovery Information:
 The process crashed due to add_col_optimization and fix of 
 Bug 20048270 installed / included in that version.
  
 
Workaround
 Setting "_optimizer_aggr_groupby_elim"=false; 
 might avoid the issue in some versions.
 
Note: 
 Starting in 12.2, optimizer fixes are disabled by default.  To enable the fix,
 set "_fix_control"='30889723:ON' or "_fix_control"='30889723:1'.
